Ginny and Bob Francis opened the Francis Agency of Farmers Insurance in 1976 at 1502 E. Fry Blvd. in Sierra Vista, where they are still located today. Bob is retired now and Ginny is continuing their tradition of providing premier service to their policyholders. "We take pride in the quality of our products and the quality of the service we offer. We bring security and value to those who do business with our agency." The Ginny Francis Agency is the largest Farmers agency in the state of Arizona. We are the largest woman-owned agency in the Farmers Group.

Ginny has received numerous awards in her 35 years as an agent; among them, 34 years membership in Toppers Club (for top agents), 10 years membership in Championship (for the top 1% Company producers), 6 years membership in the Presidents Council (top of the top agents), and was Personal Lines Agent of the Year for Farmers in 1992 and 1995.

About our Licensed Staff: Our licensed staff has 28 years of combined experience. They are fully licensed in Property Casualty, as well as Life and Health insurance.

Carrie Aguillon is our Manager of Agency Operations. Carrie has been with our agency since 1993 and is Ginny's "right-hand." She is an integral part of our Agency who takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about our clients, their needs and problems.

Stephanie Kachirisky has been with our agency since May 2007 and holds an Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance License. Stephanie is Ginny's very devoted assistant.

Chris Ballou has been with us since January 2008 and holds an Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance License. She is Carrie's dedicated assistant.

Lynne Coleman has been with our agency since October 2007 and holds an Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance License. Lynne is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all submitted applications.

John Campagne has been with our agency since December 2009 and holds an Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance License as well as Life and Health Insurance. John's specialty is Life and Business Insurance.

Miranda Skousen has been with our agency since March 2010 and holds an Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Chelsea Salmon has been with our agency since March 2010 and holds an Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Together Miranda and Chelsea manage the front office with superior service!
